01

Arrival Time

What is the best time to be there for an appointment?
15 minutes before your appointment time. This way, you’ll have time to fill out the consent form.

02

Children

To bring, or not to bring, that is the question.
Having a thermal imaging session is about focusing on you. Unfortunately, we will not have space or staff to help keep your young children happy and occupied while you are being imaged.

03

Phone

What about during treatments?
Should they be turned off or on silent?
If a cell phone is absolutely needed, it is best to have it turned to Silent mode.

04

Dress

Please refrain from using any skin lotions, including sunscreen, or makeup for the 24 hours prior to your imaging session. You will be asked to disrobe so that your skin can acclimate to a carefully controlled room temperature prior to being imaged. Dress comfortably and casually for your session.
